We invite study team members, including investigators, study coordinators, research assistants, research nurses, and student volunteers, to join our interactive, two-session workshop designed to enhance study participant engagement and recruitment at community events. Sessions will be facilitated by leading experts in community-engaged research and participant recruitment.

This is a 2-part series with distinct, cumulative content across both sessions. Full attendance at both 90-minute sessions is required.

Through this workshop, participants will:

   1. Learn proven engagement strategies for effective event recruitment

   2. Plan essential steps before, during, and after outreach

   3. Develop skills to connect and establish long-term trust

   4. Create engaging conversation starters and key talking points

   5. Design an outreach plan balancing study promotion with health education
