The GHUCCTS Steering Committee (SC) oversees the implementation of all activities and objectives across the CTSA mission, including the aims of each of the Elements and Modules, developing new initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of all GHUCCTS programs. The SC includes all members of the Executive Committee, all Element/Module Leads/Co-Leads, K12 Scholar/T32 Trainee representatives, and rotating community representation from the Community Advisory Board and the Participant Advisory Board. The SC is the primary deliberative and advisory body of GHUCCTS, facilitating integration among and between GHUCCTS components; it both responds to requests of GHUCCTS leadership for information and reports and can initiate discussions and share concerns. The SC does not have decision-making authority beyond their Element/Module leadership roles but, rather, advises the Principal Investigators and EC regarding all issues affecting GHUCCTS.
