NIMHD event headerSponsored by the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD), this free symposium will provide an opportunity to discuss research ideas about how innovations in reducing health disparities among racial/ethnic minorities, persons of disadvantaged socioeconomic status, sexual and gender minorities, and underserved rural residents, can improve the future of minority health, and ensure an equal opportunity to live long, healthy and productive lives for all populations.

This month's Windows into Translation Seminar Series features Xiong Jiang, PhD, Georgetown University Department of Neuroscience Assistant Professor and Director of the Cognitive Neuroimaging Laboratory at Georgetown University Medical Center. He will discuss "MRI as a Research and Clinical Tool of Neurodegenerative Disease".
This month's Research Grand Rounds features Anna Greenwald, PhD. She will discuss "Silent but not to be neglected: The underestimated effects of injury to the right cerebral hemisphere".

The Spring CTSA Program Group Meeting supports meetings of several Enterprise Committees (EC) and Consortium groups. Team leads and respective membership collaborate to plan the group agendas. With the timing of this year’s meeting near the spring holidays, please be aware that there will be overlap with some of the ACTS programming. CLIC, NCATS, and ACTS have worked collaboratively to minimize content session overlap as much as possible.
