Career Development and Mentoring (CDP)

The CDP has two related goals: 1) mentorship development for mid-level faculty to develop and refine skills pertinent to Clincal and Translational Research (CTR) and to mentorship of junior colleagues and trainees, and 2) modification of policies related to institutional support for careers in CTR, including provision of protected time for CTR and ensuring appropriate credit for team science participation and productivity in promotion decisions. With these goals in mind, the leadership team includes influential faculty from each of the GHUCCTS institutions.
