MHRI-GHUCCTS Monthly Statistical Seminar Series: Meta-analysis

This month's MHRI-GHUCCTS Monthly Statistical Seminar Series will be held Friday, May 19th from 12 PM - 1 PM. This series features Dr. Paul Kolm, Associate Director in the Department of Biostatistics and Biomedical Informatics at MedStar Health Research Institute. The topic of this month's seminar will be meta-analysis: meta analyses have become very common in the clinical literature and are often used to assess effect size and sample size for future studies. We will discuss traditional meta-analysis methods as well as the more recent use of network meta-analysis.
